We at Aesthetic Dental Lab in Niagara Falls, ON make you and your patients our top priority. In line with this, we compiled a list of common questions we receive and our answers. We hope this will help you learn more about our dental laboratory and fabrication services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer rush repairs?
At Aesthetic Dental Lab, we will work with you to ensure patient satisfaction. When needed, we can rush your case. Our lab also offers a same-day repair service. Just give us a call before 11:00 a.m. on the day of repair. We will then pick up the case, repair it, and have it back by 4:00 p.m. the very same day!

Do you offer deliveries?
We offer free pick-up and deliveries within the Niagara Falls region. Clients are serviced with our own drivers for added convenience and flexibility.

Outside of the region, we work with ICS or a suitable alternative. We will send you waybills, boxes, bubble wrap, and prescription pads to aid in the shipping process. When the case is ready, simply call us to arrange for a pick-up.

Do you do wet pick-ups?
Please identify that there are wet pick-ups when you call us.

When can I get my case?
Please always specify the date and time (a.m. or p.m.) you want to receive your case. Allow at least half a day lead time between the date you wish to receive your case and the patient’s actual appointment time.
